What to do?

First start by visiting ‘Sítio’, here we have one of the best known panoramic views of the Portuguese coast. There are 318 meters of rock plummeting down to the sea, which can be reached on foot, for the more courageous, or by taking an elevator. Besides good waves, the sea offers the possibility of boat trips, dolphin watching, water sports, fishing, and much more!

In particular, on days without waves, you can explore the other side of Nazaré – the cultural heritage. In this case, you can visit the Sanctuary of Our Lady of Nazaré and not far away, the Dr. Joaquim Manso Museum to learn more details about Nazarene traditions.
